MENTAL HEALTH AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2010 (SR NO 81 OF 2010) - REG 5

In regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     for paragraph (1)(b), substitute —

    "(b)     registered psychologists; or";

        (b)     for paragraph (2)(c), substitute —

    "(c)     registered psychologists;".
