Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) The owner or operator of the vessel may, within 14 days after the date that a copy of a direction under regulation 201 is given, apply to the Director for the direction to be reviewed.
(2) The Director must, within 14 days after the date an application under subregulation (1) is received, review the direction given to the applicant.
