Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of section 97 of the Act, a certificate of survey for a trading, fishing or a hire and drive vessel may be issued by the Director for a period not exceeding 12 months.
(2) Section 14 of the Uniform Shipping Laws Code extends and applies with respect to the requirements for the issue of a certificate of survey for a trading, fishing or hire and drive vessel.
