MARINE REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 180 OF 2009) - REG 237

The operator of a recreational vessel must not permit the vessel to be fuelled at a wharf, jetty or pier if there are passengers on board the vessel.

Penalty:     4 penalty units.
