MARINE REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 180 OF 2009) - REG 733

An applicant for the variation of a personal watercraft endorsement must give the Director an application in writing that contains or is accompanied by—

        (a)     the applicant's personal particulars; and

        (b)     evidence to verify those personal details; and

        (c)     details of the requested variation.
