MINERAL RESOURCES (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) (MINERAL INDUSTRIES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2020 (SR NO 56 OF 2020) - REG 4

Rent on a licence

For regulation 29(1)(a) of the Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) (Mineral Industries) Regulations 2019 [1] substitute —

    "(a)             subject to paragraph (ab), within 28 days after 30 June of each year; or

        (ab)         in relation to 30 June 2020, by 28 January 2021; or".
