MINERAL RESOURCES (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) (MINERAL INDUSTRIES) REGULATIONS 2019 (SR NO 48 OF 2019) - REG 38
Prescribed circumstances for variation of licence
For the purposes of section 34(2)(d) of the Act, the prescribed
circumstances are that it is necessary to provide another licensee with access
for conveying minerals or materials across the land covered by the licence.
