MINERAL RESOURCES (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) (MINERAL INDUSTRIES) REGULATIONS 2019 (SR NO 48 OF 2019) - REG 61
Amount of mine stability levy
For the purposes of section 38AAD of the Act, the amount of the mine stability
levy payable in respect of each Latrobe Valley region coal mine is 34 868
fee units.
