MONETARY UNITS REGULATIONS 2004 (SR NO 88 OF 2004) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend various regulations and orders to—

        (a)     convert fees specified in monetary amounts to fee units by dividing the amount of the fee by $10;

        (b)     convert penalties and fines specified in monetary amounts to penalty units by dividing the amount of the penalty or fine by $100;

        (c)     convert existing fee units to equivalent fee units under the Monetary Units Act 2004 ;

        (d)     convert certain penalty units to penalties in monetary amounts by multiplying the amount of the penalty unit by $100.
