CONVERSION OF PENALTY UNITS TO MONETARY AMOUNTS

        1.     Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Regulations 2001, S.R. No. 98/2001

In regulations 16(2), 17(2) and 18(3)—

        (a)     for "110 penalty units" (wherever occurring) substitute "$11 000";

        (b)     for "550 penalty units" (wherever occurring) substitute "$55 000".
