NATIONAL GAS (VICTORIA) (DECLARED SYSTEM PROVISIONS) REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 122 OF 2009) - REG 3

A provision of the National Gas Rules—

        (a)     that is a provision of the declared system provisions; and

        (b)     that is set out in column 2 of an item in Schedule 1—

is, for the purposes of the National Gas (Victoria) Law, a civil penalty provision.
