NATIONAL PARKS (TOUR OPERATOR LICENCE FEE) REGULATIONS 2021 (SR NO 67 OF 2021) - REG 10

This Part applies if Parks Victoria determines that it is necessary to limit the number of tour operator licences granted in respect of a park for all or any of the following—

        (a)     environmental reasons;

        (b)     cultural reasons;

        (c)     to ensure public safety.
