NATIONAL PARKS (TOUR OPERATOR LICENCE FEE) REGULATIONS 2021 (SR NO 67 OF 2021) - REG 17

Surrender of licence

Parks Victoria may refund to a holder of a licence on a pro-rata basis for any non-commenced year of the licence any fees paid in advance under these Regulations if the holder of the licence surrenders the licence.
