NON-EMERGENCY PATIENT TRANSPORT AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2021 (SR NO 148 OF 2021) - REG 9
When clinical advice must be obtained before loading a patient
For regulation 17(2)(c) of the Principal Regulations substitute —
"(c) a registered paramedic; or".
