OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY AMENDMENT (INCIDENT NOTIFICATION) REGULATIONS 2024 (SR NO 23 OF 2024) - REG 6

    (1)     In regulation 150(1)(e)(ii)(A) of the Principal Regulations, for "Part 4, Schedule 4" substitute "Schedule 4".

    (2)     In regulation 150(1)(e)(ii)(B) of the Principal Regulations, for "Part 4, Schedule 8" substitute "Schedule 8".
