OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2007 (SR NO 54 OF 2007) - REG 1.1.4
Revocation of existing Regulations
(1) The Regulations set out in Schedule 1 are
revoked .
(2) The Regulations continued by sections 173(2)
and 174(2) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 are revoked .
