OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2007 (SR NO 54 OF 2007) - REG 8.1.11

r. 8.1.11

    (1)     Until the commencement of section 6.1.1((l) of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 , a reference to that Act in the definition of AQF in regulation 1.1.5 is to be taken to be a reference to the Victorian Qualifications Authority Act 2000 .

    (2)     Until the commencement of section 6.1.1((l) of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 , a reference to Chapter 4 of that Act in the definition of RTO in regulation 1.1.5 is to be taken to be a reference to the Victorian Qualifications Authority Act 2000 .

    (3)     Until the commencement of section 6.1.1((e) of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 , a reference to that Act in regulation 5.1.22 is to be taken to be a reference to the Education Act 1958 .
