OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2012 (SR NO 133 OF 2012) - REG 14

    (1)     For the penalty at the foot of regulation 36(1) of the Principal Regulations, substitute —

"Penalty:     In the case of a body corporate, 200 penalty units;

In the case of a natural person, 40 penalty units.".

    (2)     For the penalty at the foot of regulation 36(3) of the Principal Regulations, substitute —

"Penalty:     In the case of a body corporate, 200 penalty units;

In the case of a natural person, 40 penalty units.".

    (3)     For the penalty at the foot of regulation 36(4) of the Principal Regulations, substitute —

"Penalty:     In the case of a body corporate, 200 penalty units;

In the case of a natural person, 40 penalty units.".
