OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2012 (SR NO 133 OF 2012) - REG 25
Person must leave the facility when instructed to do so
For the penalty at the foot of regulation 97(1) of the Principal Regulations,
substitute —
"Penalty: In the case of a body corporate, 50 penalty
units;
In the case of a natural person, 10 penalty units.".
