OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2012 (SR NO 133 OF 2012) - REG 76
Requirement for monthly report from petroleum production licensee
For the penalty at the foot of regulation 272(1) of the Principal Regulations,
substitute —
"Penalty: In the case of a body corporate, 250 penalty
units;
In the case of a natural person, 50 penalty units.".
