PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT REGULATIONS 2005 (SR NO 33 OF 2005) - REG 60

For the purposes of the Act, the Metropolitan Region defined in Schedule One to the Planning and Environment Regulations 1988 ^[3] as in force at 16 February 1988 is a prescribed region.
