PLUMBING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2014 (SR NO 60 OF 2014) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Plumbing Regulations 2008—

        (a)     to replace references to the Plumbing Industry Commission with references to the Victorian Building Authority; and

        (b)     to update other references to reflect recent amendments to the Building Act 1993 ; and

        (c)     to convert certain fees payable under Part 12A of the Building Act 1993 from monetary amounts to fee units so as to enable the automatic indexation of those fees under the Monetary Units Act 2004 ; and

        (d)     to make other miscellaneous amendments.
