PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING FURTHER AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 72 OF 2011) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Public Health and Wellbeing Regulations 2009 to prescribe Hepatitis C as a prescribed disease for the purposes of section 133 of the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 .
