Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) An authorised officer appointed by a Council may give written directions to any person if in the opinion of the authorised officer it is reasonably necessary to do so for the purpose of implementing directions given by the Secretary under regulation 99(1).
(2) A person to whom a written direction is given under subregulation (1) must comply with the direction within the time specified in the direction.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
