Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) For the purpose of section 209 of the Act, an offence against a provision set out in Column 2 of the Tables in Schedule 8 is a prescribed offence for which an infringement notice may be served.
(2) For the purposes of section 209(4) of the Act, the infringement penalty prescribed in respect of an infringement offence is the amount specified in Column 3 of a Table in Schedule 8 opposite that infringement offence as set out in Column 2 of that Table.
