Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) A responsible person must ensure that a cooling tower system is maintained and tested in the manner set out in this Division.
(2) The maintenance and testing obligations set out in this Division do not apply to a cooling tower system that is shut down or otherwise not in use.
