PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING REGULATIONS 2019 (SR NO 135 OF 2019) - REG 84
Offence to tamper with water sample
A person must not tamper with a sample of water that is taken and provided to
a laboratory for testing in accordance with this Division.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
