A notification of an application to which this Part applies must—
(a) be given as soon as practicable after the applicant decides to make the application; and
(b) be made—
(i) by telephone if the application is a remote application; or
(ii) by email or hand delivery in any other case; and
(c) include the following details—
(i) the application's unique identifying number;
(ii) the type of application to be made;
(iii) the issuing authority to which the application is to be made;
(iv) whether the application is to be made in writing or by telephone;
(v) an estimate of when the applicant will give a Public Interest Monitor a copy of the application and supporting affidavit.
