POLICE INTEGRITY REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 45 OF 2009) - REG 10

The following persons are authorised to collect samples of urine from members of OPI personnel under Division 5 of Part 2 of the Act —

        (a)     a registered medical practitioner;

        (b)     a nurse registered under the Health Professions Registration Act 2005 ;

        (c)     a person who—

              (i)     has knowledge and expertise in standards and practices related to the collection and storage of urine samples; and

              (ii)     is employed by a laboratory or drug testing service.
