POLICE INTEGRITY REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 45 OF 2009) - REG 19

r. 19

A laboratory or drug testing service that receives a sample of urine or blood for the purposes of Division 5 of Part 2 of the Act must—

        (a)     analyse the sample for the presence of alcohol or a drug of dependence; and

        (b)     provide a report on the analysis of that sample to the Director.
