POLICE INTEGRITY REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 45 OF 2009) - REG 5

For the purposes of the definition of law enforcement agency in section 24 of the Act, the following are bodies prescribed as a law enforcement agency of another jurisdiction—

        (a)     the Australian Customs Service;

        (b)     the Australian Securities and Investments Commission;

        (c)     the Australian Taxation Office;

        (d)     the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre;

        (e)     CrimTrac.
