PORT MANAGEMENT (PRESCRIBED BODIES) REGULATIONS 2022 (SR NO 105 OF 2022) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe bodies that are to receive copies of safety and environment management plan audit reports and annual reports on performance outcomes.
