Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) A person must not allow the fleece of a sheep to grow to a length greater than twice the average annual growth for the breed of sheep or more than 250 mm (whichever is shorter).
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) A person must not mules a sheep unless the sheep is administered with a pain relief product that has been registered for use on sheep by the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority.
Penalty: 20 penalty units .
