PIPELINES REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 9 OF 2017) - REG 45

Description of environmental risks

The Environment Management Plan must—

        (a)     identify the risks to the environment arising directly or indirectly from the pipeline operation; and

        (b)     assess the environmental risks identified under paragraph (a).
