Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsFor the purposes of section 3(2) of the Act, a reference to "rural and regional Victoria" includes the municipal district of each Council specified in an item in Schedule 1 in circumstances where the term rural and regional Victoria is applied in relation to the funding of upgrades to, or the expansion of, the natural gas network in rural and regional Victoria.
