RURAL FINANCE CORPORATION OF VICTORIA REGULATIONS 2008 (SR NO 52 OF 2008) - REG 1

The objectives of these Regulations are—

        (a)     to prescribe forms and certain fees for the purposes of the Rural Finance Act 1988 ; and

        (b)     to make provision for the service of notices by or on the Rural Finance Corporation of Victoria; and

        (c)     to prescribe other matters necessary to give effect to the Rural Finance Act 1988 .
