RURAL FINANCE CORPORATION OF VICTORIA REGULATIONS 2008 (SR NO 52 OF 2008) - REG 7

Manner of serving documents

    (1)     A document required by the Act to be given to or served on a person may be—

        (a)     delivered to the person personally; or

        (b)     sent to the person by post.

    (2)     The Chief Executive Officer may accept service of any document on behalf of the Corporation.

    (3)         A document may be served on the Corporation by leaving it at or sending it by post to the principal office of the Corporation in Bendigo, Victoria.
