REGIONAL GROWTH FUND AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2011 (SR NO 141 OF 2011) - REG 3

After regulation 4 of the Regional Growth Fund Regulations 2011 ^[1] insert —

        "     5     Prescribed geographical area—bushfire readiness

    (1)     For the purposes of section 3(2) of the Act, the prescribed geographical areas to be included in regional Victoria are the municipal districts specified in Schedule 2.

    (2)     The geographical areas referred to in subregulation (1) are prescribed for the purpose of funding projects to improve the bushfire readiness of Victorian communities.".
