RETAIL LEASES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2010 (SR NO 91 OF 2010) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Retail Leases Regulations 2003—

        (a)     to replace the disclosure statement prescribed under those regulations for the purposes of sections 17(1)(a), 26(1) and 61(5) of the Retail Leases Act 2003 ; and

        (b)     to revoke regulation 7(1) of those regulations; and

        (c)     to make a minor correction to regulation 8 of those regulations.
