RETAIL LEASES REGULATIONS 2013 (SR NO 41 OF 2013) - REG 11

For the purposes of section 47(6)(a)(v) of the Act, the following are prescribed as other kinds of outgoings—

        (a)     fire services property levy; and

        (b)     owners corporation fees.
