Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) This regulation applies if immediately before the commencement day there is in force an arrangement under section 15 of the Act to which VicRoads is a party.
(2) On the commencement day, the Head, Transport for Victoria becomes a party to the arrangement in place of VicRoads and the arrangement continues in force on and after that day as if the Head, Transport for Victoria had always been a party to the arrangement.
