RACING (SPECIFIED RACE-COURSE) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 94 OF 2017) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the  Racing (Specified Race-course) Regulations 2016 to prescribe additional areas of land to be specified race-courses for the purposes of Division 5 of Part I of the Racing Act 1958 .
