ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS) AND (VEHICLES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2014 (SR NO 46 OF 2014) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is—

        (a)     to amend the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2009 to implement nationally agreed high powered vehicle restrictions for persons on probationary driver licences; and

        (b)     to amend the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009 to provide for a penalty provision.
