ROAD SAFETY (GENERAL) AMENDMENT (RADAR DEVICE) REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 128 OF 2009) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Road Safety (General) Regulations 1999 to—

        (a)         provide for new speed measuring devices; and

        (b)     allow a parking infringement notice to be served on a person whose name and address have been supplied under section 84BE of the Road Safety Act 1986 .
