ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS) AMENDMENT (RENEWAL FEES) INTERIM REGULATIONS 2014 (SR NO 84 OF 2014) - REG 5

In regulation 107 of the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2009 ^[2] , in the definition of "eligible person"—

        (a)     in paragraph (b) for "driver licence; and" substitute "driver licence;"; and

        (b)     paragraph (c) is revoked .
