ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS), (GENERAL) AND (VEHICLES) INTERIM AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2020 (SR NO 105 OF 2020) - REG 11

Regulation 19 amended

    (1)         In the heading to regulation 19 of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020, for " vehicle identification numbers " substitute " vehicle identifiers ".

    (2)         In regulation 19(1)(a) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020, for "vehicle identification number" substitute "vehicle identifier".

    (3)                         In regulation 19(3) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020, for "Secretary for" substitute "Secretary or an authorised person for".
