ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS), (GENERAL) AND (VEHICLES) INTERIM AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2020 (SR NO 105 OF 2020) - REG 13

Form of application

For regulation 25(2) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020 substitute —

    "(2)                 An applicant must provide the following information—

        (a)     the personal particulars or the corporation particulars of the person seeking registration as the registered operator of the vehicle;

        (b)     the vehicle particulars;

        (c)     the proposed garage address of the vehicle.".
