ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS), (GENERAL) AND (VEHICLES) INTERIM AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2020 (SR NO 105 OF 2020) - REG 17

In regulation 29 of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020—

        (a)         in paragraph (g), for "27." substitute "27; and";

        (b)                     after paragraph (g) insert —

    "(h)     the relevant fee fixed by the Secretary under section 5AE(1) of the Act (if any).".
