ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS), (GENERAL) AND (VEHICLES) INTERIM AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2020 (SR NO 105 OF 2020) - REG 27

Obligations of registered operators

In regulation 51(2) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020, for "ensure the vehicle is not used until the Secretary has been notified of the change" substitute "notify the Secretary of the change within 14 days".
