ROAD SAFETY (DRIVERS), (GENERAL) AND (VEHICLES) INTERIM AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2020 (SR NO 105 OF 2020) - REG 34

In regulation 118(1) of the Road Safety (Vehicles) Interim Regulations 2020—

        (a)     in paragraph (i), for "a short term" substitute "an";

        (b)     in paragraph (m), for "vehicle." substitute "vehicle;";

        (c)     after paragraph (m) insert —

    "(n)         a decision to cancel a general identification mark under regulation 140A;

        (o)         a decision to impose or vary a condition on the approval of a vehicle club under regulation 151A;

        (p)     a decision to revoke the approval of a vehicle club under regulation 151B     ;

        (q)         a decision to impose or vary an operating condition on a club permit under regulation 155B;

        (r)     a decision to impose or vary any condition, limitation or restriction on a tester's licence under regulation 196.".
